In a highly competitive market, the team worked through an extensive process for their Global leadership recruitment, successfully identifying and attracting the top talent in a saturated market. We successfully delivered assignments in Bulgaria, Ukraine, Israel and the UK.

The Outcome

The client gained market share through retaining almost all their client base in addition to selling additional products and services to new customers and have directly linked some of those key wins to the senior hires we provided them. Ultimately this growth and success resulted in a sale of their business to DraftKings for a reported circa $700m.
